Michelle Martlew5 StarI recently received fantastic service from Access Lock and Safe. My toddler put a small window key in to my front door lock which I couldn’t get out. I phoned Andy at Access Lock and Safe, he said they were extremely busy dealing with several break-in’s that had happened the night before, however he had one of his guys round the corner from my house who was just finishing another job. So he arranged for him to come straight to my house and he managed to get the window key out in 2 seconds using his lock picking tools.Thursday 19th October 2023

After having my handbag stolen with my keys in it, these guys came out speedily and got me back into my house.

Gabby Notley5 StarThe LOVELIEST people you could ever hope to meet - I had a sofa delivered and quickly realised I would need to take my front window out to get it in. My partner popped in to Access Lock and Safe to see if they had a suitable tool for the job and a wonderfully kind hearted member of staff actually accompanied us back to the property and helped us take the window out. He went above and beyond and helped us get the sofa in as well as replacing the window afterwards - all for no charge!!
