Ryan was both helpful and professional. Came out in the early hours of the morning - very quick and resolved what was a safety issue. Also charged less than I thought as most Locksmiths would have charged a lot more considering the time he was called out.Very reassuring and calm. Definitely recommend Homesafe Locksmiths.

I’m so grateful to Ryan for the service he provided to fix my window that wouldn’t open. He was helpful, professional and friendly from the moment he promptly responded to my message. He came when he said he would, listened to my issue, talked openly about what the issue could be along with the associated costs, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came straight back the following day to fix it. Lovely genuine friendly guy, and a professional job done ☑️ Highly recommend and will definitely use again ☺️

Found on google and called out for a problem with my patio doors after finding i was on the same street. Despite being out of area when i called, homesafe visited within a few hours. No call out or diagnosis charge. He was really lovely, amazing customer service, knew his stuff. Managed to get my doors open within a couple of minutes, after them not being able to open for the past 6 months. Provided me with with really sound advice, did not attempt to mislead or rip me off at all, actually said that he wouldn’t recommend changing the mechanism yet (which would’ve been £149) and seeing how the door goes on and if it sticks again then changing it. He oiled the door and provided advice to some cheaper alternatives like changing the handles to support the locking mechanism better (and offered to come back and fit the handles). Really genuine and honest. Didn’t cost me a penny and took 10-15 minutes out of his day for something i’ve been stressing over for a while. Now i get to enjoy easy access to my garden whilst the suns just starting to come out. Could not recommend enough! Will be passing on details to anybody i know that needs a locksmith! Thank you so much homesafe!
